The Adelaide Oval Stadium announced a upgraded LED lighthouse lighting system that cost $ 50,000 today, making it the only large stadium with tower lamps in Australia. The stadium is equipped with perfect white sports lighting and full -color "lighting"Show" function.

The LED system replaced the updated high -intensity discharge (HID) lighting as part of the 2014 Adelaide oval reconstruction project.LED allows two things -to open and close concentrated and consistent lighting levels in real time in the entire game, as well as new features including color, flash and animation.The power consumption of the new lamp will also be reduced by about 40%compared with the previous generation products, contributing to the sustainable development goals of the Adelaide elliptical stadium.

The project team consisting of 11 full -time experts led by the long -term partner of the South Australian Electric Solutions CME and Adelaide Oval project management has completed the installation in just 30 weeks. The lighting was provided by Xinnuo to Australia.

On the top and bottom of each lighthouse, the team manually switched the earth and support system, while retaining the existing lighthouse structure.

Sports lighting expert KOJO will program and operate new lights as an extension of the existing AV capabilities of the Adelaide Oval Stadium.
